Many MOMYS log into the forums on the website AND stay involved in the e-mail list.  The e-mail posts are not the same posts as are on the forums, but you  CAN participate in both.!

For years this was hosted on Yahoo groups.   That has since been shutting down so we are now on groups.io…. designed by some of the Yahoo developers.
